| Hey guys I can arrange an NAP with U.P.A they are not as high ranked but have some high ranked players ( top 500) they are also colonizing gal9 let me know what you guys think and if there are any problems contact me or post.
They are allied with TJO so think it would be good for the safety and well-being of Gal 9
If no objections I think it will go smother then the one with TJO as they seam to be in better communication with there members
(As far as I know All Attacks from TJO have stopped there member has been told and if he violates he will be kicked let me know if any attacks continue thanks) | |

| personally i wouldnt mind. would like to hear if anyone got some of them as targets however XD.
they're not exactly too big, thus not the biggest thread to us. but yarr atleast takes out 31 players possible attacks, qlso limits our attacks by 31 thou *-) | |

| My game plan is to have relatively safe/quiet Gal 9, (yeah, yeah, I'll do occational raids, LOL,) and to do my raiding in Gal 2, so this is good idea in my mind. However, not agreeing with them isn't that bad ether.
Are they very close to TJO? Since we might jeopardice our relations to them by attacking this other alliance members. | |

| im guessing talks never got anywhere, well, hoping, couple of their members around me in galaxy 1 are quite profitable so i plan to take them for all i can  | |
